This case was not at any case study reviews in my division. In fact, this case was for my final exam’s material and the students were obliged to read the case for the exam. However this one still considered as case study nonetheless (d’uh) and today I present you Jamcracker case study.

The topic was about company management, innovation and how the company could be the pioneer in a business and still they must face the challenges ahead because, lets face it,according to Moore’s Law, technology is developing in every 6-months span. The challenge here is how the company could deliver its best performances to their clients (and please mind you, their clients are those top guys and top-notches at the spot) so they could – well, at least – survived.
